That licence sits with Shenzhen MTC, which manufactures, distributes and warranties them, with ESI Enterprises as the designated distributor and service provider. Every US JVC smart TV is a Roku TV, and the model numbers all start LT-.

Can my iPhone stand in for a lost JVC remote?

Yes, and an Android phone can as well. The condition is the network: the TV has to be switched on and still connected to your Wi-Fi.

The app lists my JVC but nothing happens when I press a key — why?
